Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with one of our products at the time of receipt, simply return it for a replacement or full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and within 30 days. Any initial shipping fees of the original order are non-refundable.

We offer prepaid return shipping labels for purchases made within the past 30 days, and within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Any initial shipping fees of the original order are non-refundable. For returns to Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a $5 flat rate return fee. We are unable to offer prepaid or flat rate return shipping labels for US Territories and international returns.
